The Beaches Jazz Festival 2011 is Here!

The 23nd annual Beaches Jazz Festival StreetFest is here, starting tonight,Thursday July 21, and running till Saturday July 23, 2011.

And for the 23rd year, the The Downtown Jazz Band will be bringing it’s spectacular and ever-popular brand of Dixieland to Queen Street.

The core of this group was the first on stage at the inaugural Beaches Jazz Festival in 1989 and has been part of streetfest ever since at its familiar location in front of the Coles Bookstore at 2169 Queen St. E.
